We have provided step-by-step instructions below to ensure that this process is as straightforward as possible:
1. Following the synchronization of your orders, you will find a comprehensive list of your order information displayed on the platform. From there, select the products for which you require quotations and click on the 'Ask for Quote' button.
2. Upon clicking this button, your requirements will be seamlessly transmitted to our system, and our dedicated support team will promptly address your needs, you will receive feedback from our support teams within 24 hours generally.
3. After the initial 24-hour period, you will be able to view the total price, shipping fees, and estimated delivery times directly on the platform. This alleviates the need for additional inquiries regarding shipping fees and delivery timelines, offering you a more efficient and transparent experience.
4. Once you have determined your satisfactory quotation and have no further questions, you can proceed to the next step: making payment and processing your order. There are two payment options available to our customers: single order payment and bulk order payment.
Notice: Once you accept a quotation, our system will automatically link the product, simplifying future payments for your convenience.
5. Once the payment is completed, you will have access to your order status and receive a tracking number for easy order tracking.
6. Additional Step: Cancelling a Quotation
If you ever need to cancel a quotation, just click 'Cancel quote.' It's a simple and quick process.
Within the Order section, you will gain valuable insights into the status of your orders. This includes details on orders being processed, orders that have been fulfilled, orders under quotation, orders quoted but not yet paid, unquoted orders, and your overall order quantity.
For your convenience, our platform offers a user-friendly search function, allowing you to efficiently check the status of your orders. You can filter orders based on your store, order status, or order creation date. This simplifies order management, helping you stay on top of your business operations with ease.
